CWA Showcase Matchups Released

The Championship Wrestling Association (CWA) announced six matches for the CWA Showcase on June 15th at the Murrysville Sportzone in Murrysville, Pa. Among the six matches, seven wrestlers hail from the host state including three-time All-American for the Iowa Hawkeyes, Mike Evans, and 2024 NCAA Runner-Up, Trent Hidlay. The action will be bookended by a pair of former Univeristy of Pittsburgh grapplers, Micky Phillippi (facing former NCAA Champ, Nahshon Garrett) and Demetrius Thomas (facing three-time All-American Jordan Wood).
