CWA Announces Broadcast Team For Showcase

The Championship Wrestling Association announced the broadcasting team for the CWA Showcase sponsored by Barbarian Apparel. The broadcast team includes Kris Smith, of the Westermoreland Sports Network, as play-by-play announcer, 2016 NCAA Wrestling Champion for Penn State University, Nico Megaludis, as color commentator, and Donnie Hall aka DHall as mat side reporter.

Smith, a former Bloomsburg University wrestler, broadcasts multiple high school and collegiate sports on the Westmoreland Sports Network, including wrestling. Kris has been broadcasting with WSN since 2011.

Nico Megaludis, a four-time NCAA Division I All-American, and three-time NCAA Finalist, will hold the role of color commentator on the broadcast. A Penn State graduate, Megaludis won the 2016 NCAA Title at 125 lbs.

Donnie Hall, better known around the podcast world as DHall is the creator and host of Near Falls with DHall, a wrestling podcast. Donnie will be the mat side reporter for the CWA Showcase on Saturday, June 15th starting at 6pm. The broadcast will go LIVE at 5:45pm.
